I read last night of the fight between Fayose, the former Governor of Ekiti State and Olusegun Obasanjo our two time Head of State. He was said to have called Obasanjo a lot of unprintable names and obasanjo in his characteristic manner replied double dose.
but what do you guys think is wrong with Obasanjo. he removed the guy as Governor, he jailed the guy and till today the man is struggling for his freedom and he expects the man to greet him? offcourse if he had his way, Fayose would have poured Obasanjo Acid-which would have helped OBJ wipe off the funny facial tribal marks that exquisitly adorn OBJ's mug . You could see his frustration in that according to the reports, even after he went out to cool off, he still continued screaming and throwing barbs at OBJ.
I have met OBJ before, even had Lunch in his Abeokuta house (it was Rice and Stew). I marvelled at his relative small frame, his beady eyes and the way he was just staring at us as we ate, almost as if he wished he was younger once again.
He laughed sparingly but cracked a lot of jokes. He spent over 5 hours with us and at the end of the day, we all left there wondering if this was the same OBJ we usually read about.
Fayose is a frustrated man and in his anger showed great disrespect to a great (depending on which part of the Country you come from) Stateman. I think he should send me to apologise on his behalf because I have a strong feeling that if OBJ ever sets his eyes on Fayose again, fayose would leave that encounter with his set of teeth not really complete.
I rest my case.
